Return & Refund Policy

At Cups & Curves, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to make the return or refund process easy for our valued customers. This policy contains guidelines related to return and refund procedures as well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

ACL protects your rights. According to this law, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product that you have bought is:

  • Faulty or defective.
  • Significantly different from the description provided.
  • Unsafe to use.
  • Not of acceptable quality or unfit for its intended purpose.

No company can exclude these rights. They apply in addition to any return policy we offer voluntarily.

Change of Mind Returns

ACL does not include change of mind returns; however, we at Cups and Curves want our customers to be satisfied with the purchase. Therefore, we allow change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • If the product is requested to be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item has not been used or worn and it is intact in its original packaging.
  • The product does not have any signs of wear, washing or alteration.
  • Hygiene matters, that is why certain products, including lingerie and opened tea products, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged by our company. 

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

For product exchange following terms and conditions apply:

  • If you wish to change the size of the bought jackets or lingerie, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is not available, you may choose between a refund, store credit, or an alternative product.
  • Exchange shipping costs (unless the product is faulty) will be covered by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

After refund approval, please allow a few days to receive the amount. Please keep in mind that: 

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, Poli, or Afterpay).
  • Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

How to Initiate a Return

Below, you’ll find procedure for initiating a return at Cups and Curves:

  • Email us at [insert support email] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will provide instructions, including the return shipping address.
  • Securely package your item to prevent damage during transit.
  • Once received, our team will inspect the product and confirm eligibility for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Lingerie and undergarments.
  • Opened or partially used tea products.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
